Brooks School Dormitory

Delivery Method: Construction Management.

Type: Ground up, two-story, 22-bed dormitory, including two attached faculty houses.

Challenges: All construction occurred on this highly sensitive, occupied and operational academic campus.

Client: Brooks School is a private, co-educational, preparatory, secondary school in North Andover, Massachusetts on the shores of Lake Cochichewick.
