Franciscan Children’s – Kennedy Day School

Type: Ground up, 2-story building, connected to an existing hospital that remained in operation.

Challenges: All construction occurred within this highly sensitive occupied and operational medical environment.

Client: As one of the nation’s largest pediatric rehabilitation hospitals, Franciscan Children’s provides services for children with special health care needs, as well as for children from the local community.
