Type: Ground up construction for a six story, 116,000 SF mixed-use community housing 6,500 SF of retail space and 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units.
Challenges: Construction of two levels of below grade parking on a dense, urban site with a zero lot line on two highly trafficked roads and geo-technical considerations including a high water table and significant rock influences.
