Type: Renovation and restoration of the historic I.J. Fox Building which was built in 1934 in Art Deco style. 2015 Preservation Massachusetts Tsongas Award Recipient.

Challenges: Construction on a zero lot line urban site with lack of laydown space and extensive vehicular and foot traffic.

Client: Core Investments, Inc. is a diversified investment firm that owns and develops properties in all real estate classes, including commercial, residential, industrial, retail, and land developments. Core also acquires mortgage notes for investment purposes.
