Praliné French Patisserie

Delivery Method: Construction Management.

Type: Tenant fit out for an upscale French bakery consisting of luxury vinyl tile flooring, solid surface, and maple veneer countertops. Wall sconces, pendants, recessed, and suspended track lighting are hung from a suspended ceiling to illuminate the decorative crown moldings of the cabinetry and display cases. A dining rail and tables provide ample customer seating. A commercial kitchen was installed as was a barista counter. Epoxy flooring was poured throughout the work and prep areas.

Challenges: Construction within an occupied and operational building in the dense urban Central Square neighborhood of Cambridge.
